Stationary Set

National Audubon Society Stationery Set.  Four illustrations from John James Audubon (1785-1851) are reproduced here: Anna's Hummingbird, Seaside Sparrow, Carolina Chickadee, and Warbling Vireo. The works are from his seminal Birds of America, a collection of 435 life-size prints, still a standard against which twentieth- and twenty-first-century bird artists such as Roger Tory Peterson and David Sibley are measured.
