Audubon and Theo are pleased to announce our first eco-friendly co-branded chocolate bar.

Theo, the only organic and Fair Trade chocolate factory in the U.S., produces “origin” chocolates identified by the cacao’s growing region.  Costa Rica was selected as the country of origin for Audubon chocolate because sustainable farming there protects Neotropical migratory bird habitat.  

About our chocolate

Audubon’s 91% cacao bar appeals to the “serious chocolate aficionado”.  It’s a super dark and slightly bitter chocolate sometimes called the “coffee chocolate”.  Additional products are in development for more mainstream chocolate lovers.

Retail distribution of Audubon chocolate bars includes Whole Foods (six of twelve regions) and specialty markets.
